作為 freelancer，因為收費是按 project 而非按時計的，時間就是金錢，收入跟效率成正比，提高效率對我來說十分重要。因此這個聖誕假期花了些時間用 Adobe AIR 寫了個 time tracker。
目前 AIR 上的時間管理軟件可謂五花八門，但沒有一個是完全合我所需的。Adobe AIR 上的 time tracker 有 Klok、Compuccino time track 和 Kronos 等，都是很優秀的免費軟件。當中我最喜歡的是 Tick 這個服務（有提供 AIR 版本，可同步至網站），可惜它是付費軟件，我倒是沒打算為了個計時器而每年付幾十美金。反正也想練習一下寫程式的技巧，所以就決定依 Tick 為藍本自己寫了個相似的 app。
如果以上介紹的 app 都不能使你滿意的話，不妨試試我的這個 app－Timer。它的功能很簡單－在開始工作時打開 Timer 並開始計時，工作結束後指定一個相關的 task。日後便可以在 reports 頁面查看你在每項工作所花的時間，及該項工作佔整個 project 的百分比。相信這些數據能助你日後更準確估計出每項工作的所需時間。

雖然我知道目前功能還是不太完善，以及有很多 bug，不過由於假期快結束，大概日後也沒辦法花太多時間在它身上，所以決定現在釋出 beta 版。對於那些會 Javascript 的 developer，大可以動手修改本程式。反正 source code 都是公開的，打開 C:Program FilesTimer 直接修改即可。

一般合約條款
以下是一般合約條款以供參考。實則條款將根據每個軟件製作項目而不同。客戶可要求更改現有條款。
1.1 定義
1.1.1 “開發商” 是指 “COMPANY”。
1.1.2 “客戶” 是指 [客戶名稱]。
1.1.3 “軟件” 是指由開發商建造給客戶的軟件或系統。

1.2 立約雙方
本合約定於兩方: 一方是[客戶名稱]，主要營業地點在[地址]; 另一方是 COMPANY, 主要營業地點在室。

1.3 合約目的
客戶希望聘用開發商作為一個獨立承包商，根據合約附件一中的軟件需求規格(是合約的一部分)去製作電腦軟件（“軟件”）。開發商已準備就緒，願意並且能夠進行軟件的製作，並同意遵照載於本合約的條款。雙方同意如下：

1.4 重要條款摘要
1.4.1 軟件製作所需時間: [工作日數量]
1.4.2 軟件製作開始日期: [日期]
1.4.3 交付軟件給客戶作驗收測試日期: [日期] 或之前，最大延遲 [工作日數量]
1.4.4 軟件製作費用: [以港幣列明]
1.4.5 第一和第二週期的客戶驗收測試期限: [工作日數量]
1.4.6 第三個或以上週期的客戶驗收測試期限：[工作日數量]
1.4.7 修復那些於每週期的客戶驗收測試中發現的問題最長期限：[工作日數量]

1.5 更改要求
更改要求是指在軟件製作期間或客戶驗收測試中要求更改己列明於軟件需求規格文件(合約附件一)中的功能。
1.5.1 更改可以是添加，刪除或修改一些軟件的功能。
1.5.2 任何一方都可以提出更改要求。
1.5.3 提出更改要求的一方需與另一方討論有關的更改。
1.5.4 每一個更改要求必須由雙方同意方可進行。
1.5.5 開發商將提供客戶有關費用，製作時間和其他合約條款的改變。
1.5.6 如果雙方就有關更改達成協議，開發商將編寫更改要求表格，簽署並郵寄給客戶。客戶需簽署，並郵寄回此表。
1.5.7 經雙方簽署的更改要求表格將作為對軟件需求規格文件的一個更新和成為合約的一部分。
1.5.8 更改的費用和所需的時間可增可減，視符它是否添加或刪除軟件功能。
1.5.9 如果要求更改的功能已經完成，刪除它們不會降低費用和時間。相反，可能需要額外的費用去刪除這些己完成的功能。
1.5.10 在項目結束時，如果軟件製作總費少於原來合約軟件製作費用的80％，客戶還需支付原來合約軟件製作費用的80％。

1.6 客戶驗收測試
客戶驗收測試是由客戶執行的測試，以確認軟件是否合符那些列明於軟件需求規格文件(合約附件一)中的規格。

製作流程
以下是軟件製作的一般工作流程。如需詳細條款，請參閱一般合約條款。

收集軟件製作需求和報價

客戶透過電話和電郵提供我們有關軟件製作的需求，一天後我們便提供客戶軟件製作所需費用和時間的初步報價。
如果客戶接受這初步報價，我們便到訪客戶去收集更詳細的軟件製作需求，一至數天後便提供客戶所需費用和時間的最後報價。

編寫軟件需求規格和合約

如果軟件需求和費用能達成協議，我們便起草軟件需求規格說明書和合約，這需要一至數天。完成後便會電陲給客戶作評論。
軟件需求規格說明書是一份文件詳細描述所製作軟件的功能。這是合約的一部分並用於檢測製作出來的軟件是否符合客戶要求。
當軟件需求規格和合約定稿後，兩份有我們簽署和公司印章的合約會寄給客戶，客戶需簽署其中一份並郵寄給我們。

製作

製作展開，軟件將根據軟件需求規格去建造和測試。

客戶驗收測試

製作完成後，我們會在數天前通知客戶並安排交付軟件給客戶作驗收測試。交付可經電郵或到訪客戶而進行，視符軟件的複雜程度而定。
客戶驗收測試是由客戶執行的測試，以確認軟件是否符合那些列明在軟件需求規格文件中的規格。
當測試完畢後，我們會就發現的問題對軟件作出修改，並將更新的軟件電郵給客戶再作測試。這個測試和修正週期將重複，直至達到驗收準則為止。
驗收準則是一些列明在合約中的準則，指該軟件需要符合且客戶才接受該軟件。
作為驗收測驗的軟件可能只能用於指定日期範圍內，並額外有一些的標記顯示在屏幕上和列印中，說明這是一個試用軟件。

付款

當驗收測試完成並符合驗收條件，客戶將收到付款發票。
付款後，客戶將收到軟件(無使用限制和試用標記)，更新的用戶手冊，軟件的電腦程式原碼和軟件設計說明文件。

保養

該軟件將進入18個月的保養期，軟件產生的錯誤將免費在合理時間內修復，這通常需要1到10個工作日，視符錯誤的嚴重程度而定。
